So Far So Good..

Yes, i am getting by just fine :)

I have tried everthing that was suggested to me in curing my condition. And the more i try the more I realize that the most basic are necessary.

A lot of sunlight, healthy food, exercise and a lot of water.

As in most things in life, we need these things to keep us going.

Sunlight is healthy only when you wake up at a good time when it is still good to expose yourself with it. It is a source of vitamin d and is said to improve your disposition and mood as well.

Healthy eating. They say that our body only needs so much. In fact studies show that people who live the longest are those who barely eat. Wanting too much could make us sick.

Exercise. Sweating it out. We are made to move, work, and the more we do, the more we attract energy back to our body.

A lot of water. It is dangerous to be thirsty in this world...

I am looking forward to my month-off. I hope to see good results from it and be able to put things back to normal. If I don't accomplish that in a months time, at least I could lay down the habits already. So help me God....
