Defensive

WARNING:

I have given myself permission to be defensive in this article. If you do not like defensive people, please do not proceed. Thank you.

P.S.
If you read ahead anyway, please remember you have been forewarned.

------------------

I am not a really smart person (as testified by my many grammatical errors in my entries) but people regard me as smart anyway.

Maybe because of school. I love school and despite it's being mundane, I like reading through my textbooks and transferring info in my notebook so i could pretend i could understand them. I like school politics too. I never regarded studying as a burden because in school I can pretend I am busy and important. Plus it allows me time-out from house work.

But then again, some people find it convenient to laugh at those who did well in school, pleased to know that those who did not take school seriously are wealthier and more famous and powerful. Well, maybe so - you are entitled to your own opinion. But i have this to say....

Those people may be in higher positions and make life hard for those who "really" diligently work, but we are more proud of the work of our hands.

You may be richer but it does not buy you brains. Later on when luck suddenly turns the other way, you are basically JUST poor - and stupid.

You may have more power now, but it does not make you powerful. Those who are really powerful actually do something to make things better for others.

Now, if you happen to be more than just another lucky @#!%, then Congratulations! You do not belong to my hit list.

But to those who simply babble their way around... in the end, when your pompous act gets noticed, you'll end up with nothing.

Now, if you still think I am writing about you, it's your turn to be defensive.
